Jean-Michel Cousteau: Ocean Adventures Companion Lesson Plans
Jean-Michel Cousteau: Ocean Adventures Companion Lesson Plans
A generation ago, Jacques-Yves Cousteau revealed the ocean’s mysteries to millions of landlocked television viewers, and inspired a groundswell of public awareness of the unique problems faced by the world’s marine environments. Now, 30 years later, Jacques’ son Jean-Michel Cousteau and his expedition team have set sail to explore the remote and spectacular locales around the world in the high-definition PBS series, Jean-Michel Cousteau: Ocean Adventures. Working closely with our co-producers, KQED, Ocean Adventures curriculum and resources have been developed to enhance each TV special. These resources are appropriate for formal and information educational settings.
