Kayaking Guests navigate the famous Greek coastline where Poseidon’s Temple prominently stands as a symbol for how we are all connected to the sea.

Eco-Art and Recycling: Guests lighten their ecological footprints and practice the 3 R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) by learning how to create art with what they once thought was waste.

Organic Gardening and Cooking: In the Grecotel’s organic garden guests learn how to grow, harvest, cook and eat fresh Mediterranean herbs, fruits, and vegetables.

Solar Science: Guests learn about the science of the sun by cooking snacks in the solar oven, making plant solar prints, or designing solar color changing jewelry.

Team Challenges: Guests join Ambassadors naturalists for a series of challenge initiatives, scavenger hunts, and games. They also get the chance to challenge themselves on a multi-leveled rock-climbing wall.

Star Gazing with Greek Stars and Heroes: Guests discover Greece’s stars and heroes of myth through an exploration of constellations using telescopes.

Movie nights: Guests see what it is it like to dive in waters beyond the Grecian coast by watching Jean-Michel Cousteau and his dive team explore our ocean planet in a television series called Jean-Michel Cousteau: Ocean Adventures.
