Dear Friends and Supporters,

I am excited and pleased to announce that our successful series of short ocean videos, SeaScope is now on YouTube for the world to enjoy. There are 52 short videos in the SeaScope series on a wide range of topics like coral reefs, whales, jellyfish, dolphins, sharks, shipwrecks and many more. Each episode informs and entertains viewers with fun stories, beautiful video and ocean ecology.

Each 5-minute episode also has a 2-minute companion video called a Question and Answer video, that asks a question about the information presented in the main video and then provides the answer. So, educators can use these videos in activities with their students. In addition, we are also providing a free Lesson Plan and Teacher’s Guide containing 22 lesson plans that you can use with the videos. A complete list and links to each of the 104 videos is now available on our website at: oceanfutures.org/learning/seascope.

Please enjoy watching SeaScope videos and share them with your friends and family. Our mission is inspiring people to fall in love with the ocean and to help protect it – our life support system. When you protect the ocean, you protect yourself.

Warm regards,
