Ocean Futures Society's 2012 Online Holiday Auction
Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ocean Futures Society is auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to raise money for our organization!
The mission of Ocean Futures Society is to explore our global ocean, inspiring and educating people throughout the world to act responsibly for its protection, documenting the critical connection between humanity and nature, and celebrating the ocean's vital importance to the survival of all life on our planet. The proceeds of the action will support our efforts by funding our education and outreach programs and our film projects.
The auction will run through Sunday, December 16th (bidding closes between 7:00pm EST and 11:00pm EST depending on the item). You can bid on some truly unique and exciting gifts for your holiday season. We will auction not only special and unique Cousteau memorabilia, but also truly exciting travel and unique experiences. You might bid on a cruise through French Polynesia complete with scuba dives in the beautiful, turquoise waters where you will enjoy the diversity and abundance of the coral reefs. Or you might bid on a 7-night stay at the Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort, Fiji, or a ride in a submarine. Or, in the spirit of giving, you might sponsor and ‘fund-a-need’ by bidding on enrichment programs for local elementary schools in the Santa Barbara County. Be sure to check out these and many more items at our holiday auction page and get ready to place your bid!
