As a collaboration between Jean-Michel Cousteau’s Ocean Futures Society and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, this Ambassadors of the Environment program offers educational outdoor adventures to guests of The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman as well as the local community. The program is based at a 2,700 square foot, environmentally sensitive building modeled after a traditional Cayman cottage - the Ambassadors Heritage House. It takes advantage of Grand Cayman Island’s gorgeous coral reefs, coastal mangroves, and inland habitats to give participants a well-rounded perspective on this tropical paradise. From excursions in the Atlantic XI Submarine to underwater photography sessions, this program delivers guests to some of the most dazzling natural features Grand Cayman has to offer.

Our programs are for children 4-7 with some programs 4-12 and 8-Adult. Families, couples, and groups can work with the staff to create private activities such as birthday parties, snorkeling trips, mangrove kayaking, trips to the botanic park and photography sessions. As a truly enriching and unique program for guests of The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, this Ambassadors program scored an unprecedented 98.97% satisfaction rating from guests who experienced it at the resort.
